Refund Policy

At Sites by Nilu, I am committed to providing high-quality web design and SEO services tailored to your business needs. Due to the nature of these services, the following refund policy applies:

1. Web Design & Development Services

• All payments for web design and development services are final and non-refundable once work has commenced.

• If a project is canceled by the client before completion, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the cancellation date, billed at the agreed hourly rate of $80/hour.

• Deposits (if required) are non-refundable, as they secure project scheduling and initial work.

2. SEO Services

• Monthly off-site SEO plans require a 30-day notice for cancellation. Any payments made for the current or past billing periods are non-refundable.

• On-site SEO services are billed at an hourly rate and are non-refundable once the work has been completed.

3. Technical Issues & Dissatisfaction

• If a client encounters technical issues with their website due to my work, I will make reasonable efforts to correct them. Requests for corrections must be made within 7 days of project completion.

• Refunds will not be issued for changes in client preferences or dissatisfaction due to subjective reasons after work has been completed as per the agreed scope.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

• In rare cases, a partial refund may be issued at my discretion if significant work has not yet been completed and an alternative solution is not possible.

• Refunds are not provided for third-party services, hosting, domain purchases, or any external costs incurred by the client.
